I've been wearing Rykas for about 15 years and can't say enough good things about this work-out shoe; light weight with awesome support and style. I tried another brand once a few years ago and never wore them out. Came back to my Rykas and never looked back.

Perfect for Jazzercise and inserts

I love the midtop height of this shoe, I can wear my hard inserts underneath the insert that comes with the shoe and my heel does not slide out. Perfect for cushioning and support in aerobic/dance, and so vital to have soles right for pivoting and lateral movement. This is my 5th pair, I replace every 6 months and only use them when I instruct Jazzercise. Having a pivot point like this is important to protect feet and knees in other programs that do a lot of turning, like Zumba. Since they still look great after my first 6 months of use, I use for regular occasion when they are "retired". Keep making this style Ryka!
