Not a fitness buff but...

I am not a fitness buff but I needed a good training shoe with a flatter sole. I usually buy walking/running shoes so had to rely on reviews. Not as comfortable as my walking shoes, but I think they will work. The slightly higher sides should support my ankles in side-to-side motions. And the flatter soles should not trip me as I jump and lunge. Love the back and pink color!
