Great shoe for wet surfaces, as the sole grips well. Don't stop making these! Great fit in the heel, too, as with most Ryka shoes.

Not good for work

I usually love the Ryka brand. I have worn the sneakers and sandals for years. I bought these for work hoping for the same level of comfort. The shoes were hard and very uncomfortable. I had to change out of them half way through my shift. I slid on the floor as well. I do not recommend.
