These are NOT slip resistant

Recently started walking a lot and bought these shoes for that reason but they caused my leg and hip extreme pain. So when I read they were slip resistant I thought they may work in my restaurant job since it isn't so much walking and mostly I just needed good support while standing for a long time. But these are NOT slip resistant. Wore them to work one day and that was too much. Had to watch my step all day due to these had no traction whatsoever even outside in the rain I almost slipped in these shoes. Very disappointed since I really liked the way they look.

Consneeds a little more heel cushioning.
If you need to wear a work shoe this one is great.
It's not hideous, it's comfortable. It could have a little more heel cushioning in the heel. Socks with padded heels work well. Somewhat feminine looking shoe.
