Finally, wide width!

Ever since I had kids, I’ve been unable to wear Converse thanks to my feet spreading out during pregnancy. The regular width chucks pinched my toes! When I saw they had wide width ones recently, I bought them right away! They fit great and no more pinching! Now I only wish they had more colors for wide width—3 isn’t enough!

Comfortable as any pair I’ve ever worn, and cool in all black. Thanks for the mid-tongue loop to keep the laces in place. I only wish they had a red sole.

Wide in the wrong places

I was so excited to see that Converse was offering wide widths. Unfortunately, although the front was just barely wide enough for my feet, the backs were MUCH too wide. I’ll resume my search for vintage-styled sneakers. In wide widths. 😞
