Website incorrect for sizing

Website told me these run big, to order 1/2 size down. The shoes a received were too small for my daughter. Had to be exchanged

My go to for a few decades! Love how this shoe just goes with pretty much anything. I coach in these shoes and they allow me to be comfortable and stylish.

Very underwhelming

I ordered the shoe online, and followed multiple reviews which told me to size down by half a size. The shoe was still too big even after this. I exchange this for another half size down (1 size smaller than usual) but still too large. Because I had ordered online, I wasn’t able to exchange another time. So now I am stuck with a shoe that is too large. Also, when I walk, there is a loud squeaking everytime I step. Converse usually is better with their shoes and I just wish it had fit better.
