In a mere three months the shoes wore out and gave me shin splints before I knew it was the shoe. I would not recommend this shoe for some one who wants to wear something comfortable for more than three months. Very disappointed

I was looking for a shoe that would allow me to transition from purely power walking to a jogging workout. I have a pair of GoWalks that I love but are too soft for running. These are a perfect transition shoe for preparing to go running on a regular basis. Comfortable, supportive, light, and great impact reaction, I give them my highest recommendation.
