Slip resistant is very good but I stand in place more than 8 hours a day and by the end of the day my feet hurt so bad I could hardly walk. Also the steel toe could come in handy but the way it was in the shoe hit my pinky toes and rub blisters on them. These shoes were not for me at all .i will stick to my other Skechers

ConsArch Too Far Back, Narrow / Tight, Poor Arch Support, Poor Fit, Uncomfortable
I've been using this shoe for more than five years in my factory maintenance job. They used to be very comfortable with great arch support. I must have a good arch in my shoes. It seems that the production has changed on these. The arch support is placed quite a bit farther back in the black version of these shoes. In the Gray and Brown versions of these shoes, the arch is perfect (as it used to be in the Black ones). It is too hard to find these in my size (10.5 Wide). I work 6 to 7 days per week and usually go through 1 to 2 pair of these each year because of all the liquids and chemicals they are exposed to (they last great, much better than any others) but Skechers has moved the arch or has done something different in the Black version of these shoes. Please fix the problem so I can once again wear comfortable steel toe shoes at work.
