Size not as previous Skechers shoes

Been buying and wearing Skechers steel toe work shoes every year for 4 years and they have been great up till now. Latest pair is no way an extra wide as it is advertised. I do not recommend without trying them on first.

I use this shoe everyday at work, and on weekend. I normally only have one pair of old shoes almost worn out and a newer pair. this is the only shoe i have bought that last a year. this last pair feels a little narrower than the last four pair i had. there is little break in period.
