It's only been 8 months, the tread isn't even worn

I've gotten two pairs of these shoes. The first pair the sole started pealing off before the tread had even worn down, but I figured that maybe it was an anomaly and purchased a second pair in January 2016. Now, I work in a busy kitchen. I'm on my feet all day for 8 hours, 5 days a week. The floor conditions can be wet, hot, freezing, or greasy. So the shoes I use have to be able to stand up to those conditions. For a pair of shoes to not even last a full year speaks to the poor quality this company produces. These are work shoes, they need to be durable, safe, and comfortable.
Great work shoe!! I am 68 and love comfort. I have had three pairs in the last 8 years and they are the only onea I'll buy for work. I do use added arch support, but just a minor detail. Allows your feet to expand after standing long hours
