Same problem twice now

I purchased this shoe 4 months ago was dismayed Sketchers didn't offer size 10 1/2 so went with a 10 left heel came off got a promotion code for another pair again no 1/2 sizes website had no promotion code setting brought a pair anyway so sorry I did will shop elsewhere
