the memory foam interior is the greatest. I have foot swelling problems and this actually helps the condition. the way in which these shoes are designed -to let my feet expand- is a great aid. i where them every where and i am getting ready to order another pair in a different color.

ConsMemory Foam Insole Bad, Poor Quality, Wear Out Quickly
Shoes were very comfortable at first. They fit great since i have wide feet. The memory foam insole was so soft. Very stylish. I loved wearing them....THEN it got worse. The more and longer I wore them, the less comfortable they got. The insole got flat and it was basically pointless. The shoes made my back hurt. BUT, if you don't wear them all day or everyday, the memory foam sort of comes back. At my work, I stand about 8 hours a day. The shoes didn't make it 8 hours. Had to switch shoes half way through the day. I couldn't wear it the next day either, but if you wear it a few days later, the memory foam comes back...for a while. I bought other shoes...more expensive shoes, other brand...and maybe once or twice a week I'll wear these. If you don't wear them 8 hours a day and stand all day in them, I think these should could be good. If you're standing and working in them daily, then you need to find another shoe. Good idea. Good start...but in the end I think I wasted my money thinking these would be good "work" shoes.
