Lovely, but has an enlongated heel

"I love this shoe! But, it is about 1/4 inch too long in the heel area, so I will need to put a heel grip (maybe two) in each shoe. I will also need to put insoles in them. Generally comfortable and I do recommend. They are lovely shoes."
