"The look of the shoe is just fine, but the comfort level in the front is lacking. I could have used more padding in the front as well as the padding that's supplied in the back. An insole helps."

"The navy pumps I ordered arrived all shiny and lovely. They are a little long, but nothing an achilles insert won't fix. These are perfect basic pumps for work or even dressier occasions. I appreciate the moderate heel and comfortable insole, as well as the color choices. The only change I would make would be to offer half sizes in the larger range for wide widths (I ordered an 11, would have preferred a 10.5). Also, a pointier toe would be more attractive."
Pros: moderate heel height for a tall girl
Cons: half-sizes not available for larger wide widths

"Heel is pretty; nice patent shine and heel is a good height. Easy height to wear for a long time or work day. Back of the heel rubbed a little in one shoe. May need to buy up a size as shoe doesn't have a lot of give and fit tight for my usual size."

"I have found that I can't tolerate the 3" heels, this is the perfect, classic, dressy pump for everything. The heel height is comfortable, cushioning in the insole is wonderful. The shoe is definately a winner !"
