"I purchased these for ankle support and because I'm on my feet all day up and down stairs etc.
The shoes have doubled up removable inner sole cushions. They are very light weight , but not flimsy and I feel they have increased my agility and stamina.
I'd recommend these for anyone who is constantly on the go."
