"I have done Zumba for a couple of years now and have tried many different kinds of sneakers. Before purchasing my Ryka Downbeat's, I had problems doing certain movements as well as pain in my knees and ankles. I am happy to say that I no longer have those problems and can now Zumba with the best of them! I wear a size 10 shoe and have wide feet but the size 10 fit perfectly, no need to go up a size! They were comfortable the first time I wore them and I love the extra support from the hightop style. I only wish there was more of a variety in terms of the color selection."

I have had several ankle surgeries and have real problems finding high top sneakers that are comfortable and fit both feet.
These support my ankle great and are very easy on the feet.
