"I am a hard-to fit guy who normally takes size 16 shoes. My feet are always tired or sore, and my favorite time of day is when I get to take my shoes off at the end of a day. I ordered these shoes online, because I am not able to walk into any store and find a size 16, let alone the style or color I would prefer. I liked the soft leather uppers these shoes had, and the EXTREMELY light weight of the overall shoe, due to the cushiony man-made sole. I returned them to the local Famous Footwear store where the clerk measured my foot, and assisted me in returning these 16-Wide shoes to be exchanged for a pair of 15-Medium. I am anxiously awaiting the delivery of the new size in about a week. I was told that if those didn't fit properly, I could return them also for maybe a 15-Wide, or maybe a 16-medium. Everything was made easy during this exchange process."
