"These are really nice shoes but I returned them because they were not narrow enough for my foot and I ordered at 2A. No the problem of Famous Footwear and I took them to the nearest Famous Footwear store and they refunded my money just as they said they would. Great customer service. thank you."

"I ordered these and another pair of new balance sneakers. Unfortunately I had to return these as they were too wide, yet the other pair I got was also a wide. I have to allow room for a bunion as gross as it may sound. They are nice looking but just didnt fit!"

"I will not own another brand of shoes, as NB is the only one that comes in AA....with that being said, I am a little disappointed that the width of these shoes are a bit wider and I do believe that the arch support has been reduced, however I will not be returning them as they are so hard to come by. I do love my shoes and FFW was pretty great at getting them to me."

"I've worn NB cross trainers for years because of their great fit. These shoes are shabbily manufactured and run at least as wide as mediums. I've returned them to my store."
