"I have a pair of Neil M. Conway wingtips in "worn saddle" color, and really like them, but wanted something a little dressier for wear with business suits, so I bought a pair of these Chairman shoes in black. I've only worn them a couple of times, but like the Conways, the Chairman already felt broken in straight from the box. I like the synthetic sole, because while leather soles are more fashionable,in my experience, the comfort of leather soles leaves something to be desired. Very good shoe for the price."
