"The only complaint I have about this hiking shoe is that one of the top metal latches is too tightly curved to easily lace up. I keep the shoelace permanently in that latch. I probably should have returned the shoe as defective, but that's a hassle. Otherwise they are great shoes for the money."

"I decided to try these shoes when I saw the price. The brand we normally buy costs significantly more. When we received them, they were a great fit and comfortable. My husband is very hard on shoes. He typically only gets about 6 months out of a pair so I look forward to seeing if these hold out for at least that length of time. He's had them a couple of weeks and so far, so good."
