"This shoe is perfect for aerobic/dance style classes. I use them for Jazzercise on a wood gym floor. The sole of the shoe does not stick or grab so the knees are protected. I use inserts for extra cushion, but the shoe alone provides good arch and lateral support. The mesh toe keeps everything cool and lightweight. Definitely happy with the purchase."

"Bought these online as a recommendation from a woman's fitness magazine. Was a bit nervous having never tried them on, but my coupon was about to expire.
I was so happy when they came! As someone who always gets Nike, I could tell a huge difference with the fit and weight of the shoe. I have high arches and this shoe was able to keep the middle and heal snug, keep wiggle room in my toes AND support my high arch. I wear thin, ankle socks and went running without breaking them in....I realized my error about halfway through my run but in the end I had no blisters! The cushioning is also great. I'm returning from running after having ACL Reconstruction surgery (3mo ago), so this is also a necessity for me - I'm shocked that such a light shoe has such good cushioning. I do my physical therapy in these as well (some elliptical, floor exercises, jumps).
I love the bright colors, and they even seem to reflect a bit at night - I'm told by my neighbors they can see me coming down the road in the evening. I really like these and wish I could wear them for everyday wear, but it gives me something to look forward to when I run. I highly recommend these sneakers."
