Nice shoe but weird sizing

"I was stoked to think I found a comfortable cold weather boot in a narrow width. Had to return as length was not long enough and this shoe was wider than most medium width shoes. I will not order over the Internet again as returning to the local store was cool I was not credited for shipping . Not a good experience."

"This shoe/boot is light and flexible, yet warm and solid. Perfect for those who must move around a lot outside in the cold weather, because it is light and so comfortable but keeps your feet warm. Mine are extra wide, and I can't believe how comfortable they feel! Easy on and off, too."
