"We originally ordered a size too large online so we went into the store to return them and they gladly helped us place an order for the correct size AND she told me that the stores can order anything they carry online and we don't pay shipping and handling if they order it in the store. The Longview TX store has great employees not only that time but every time we go in there."

"Originally ordered my normal shoe size, after I tried them on I felt I could go down a size. Returned to a local Famous Footwear store and the associate returned and re-ordered my new size. Lugz run a little bigger.
The Shoes are awesome, great looks, comfortable and have a great feel."
