"I ordered 4 pairs of extra wide (D) width sneakers. All the other pairs fit fine except for this product. It felt too narrow & rubbed against both outsides of my feet and made them quite sore. Tried wearing them 3 different times/days because I thought maybe I just needed to get used to them, but it got to the point where I had to take them off before the end of the day because I couldn't take the pain they were causing my feet. Like I say the other styles that were supposedly the same exact size felt fine, but for some reason these rubbed the outside of my feet and made them sore. Would not recommend THIS particular style unfortunately because I think the sizing isn't quite right."

Cons: Chafes, too narrow, not true to extra wide width

"The shoes would have been prefect for what I needed them for(nursing school) but the length was much shorter that other New Balance shoes I have owned over the years. I hope NB is not changing the standard that the shoes are produced on. I had read that the length was short but I thought since my foot size is normally 1/2 size smaller than i ordered it would be ok but they were shorter than that, more like a whole size shorter. width was perfect though so if you have a wide foot and can order a bit larger this may be the shoe for you! unfortunately i needed a larger size that this company currently has available."
