"I ordered these shoes for my dad. He has a bad arch in his foot and his doctor told him to get these shoes. He seems to be able to walk with out pain now."

"Iv'e had always bought New Balance 609's style, but these shoes are by far the best shoes that I have bought. The traction is great and after standing on cement all day my feet still feel great."

"I tried the New Balance 804 this time over one of NB's less expensive offerings (like the 608 or 555) primarily for a customized fit (wanted a narrow width). After 3 weeks of constant use, I'm pleased to report that these are great shoes: comfortable and true-to-size, with quality features such as a full leather upper (no nylon), and better stitching / construction (no frayed materials, no separations) than some of NB's less expensive models. I intend to purchase these again when the current pair wears out - worth the extra cost in my experience"

"My husband is retired and does woodworking which requires a lot of standing on concrete. He has great arch support in the New Balance. He now has less back, calf and foot pain, not to mention a much more attractive shoe. This style was very light weight compared to some too. It's quite a statement that he is now willing to toss out his old 'trusty' shoes!"
