These are my favorite pair of Skechers. I re-order these online at least twice a year. They are perfect for my job situation. I can wear them as casual shoes as well as wear them at the workplace with nobody knowing the difference. The difference is comfort. I'm not a dress shoe type of guy, so these are a God-send. If Skechers ever does a subscription program, sign me up for these!

Like minimal insole. Have purchased several pairs of shoes with cushion foam insole that were not comfortable. Felt like I was walking on marshmallows

ConsCauses pain in the ball of foot., Poor Cushioning
I love Sketchers and have 2-3 pairs. This one, however, hurts the ball of my feet with all day use. I've switched back to wearing an older pair at work because of it.
