I originally ordered this shoe in a 9 (I'm an 8 1/2 to 9) and they were about 1/2 size too big. I guess because they are "relaxed fit." I exchanged for an 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly. I have plantar fasciitis and a heel spur and these shoes are comfortable. I plan to wear them on a trip to Europe this summer. I tried them on with linen dress pants and more casual skirts and both look good with the shoes. They also look good with jeans.
