I walk for exercise a few times a week for any where from 1/2 hour to 1 1/2 hrs per session. I had another brand of shoe that was pinching my toes that were a half size smaller than these. The 6 1/2 was great for me. I'm enjoying my walks again. The insole is not meant to be removed and I was able to put my Dr Scholl's orthotic right on top of the goga mat and keep going. I'm very happy with the shoe.

I'm writing in regard to Sketchers "Goga Mat Technology cushioned comfort insole" found in many of their GO sneakers. First let me say, I LOVE the Goga Mat Technology - it's allowed my feet to be so cushioned that I no longer need to wear my arch supporting inserts! However, there's one minor flaw with the material used on the top - where one's foot actually touches. The material needs to have some nylon sewn into it or something of the like. Right now one's foot does not slide into the shoe but rather the Goga Mat surface grabs your sock and doesn't let go! It's very difficult to comfortably put the shoes on - my socks always end up crooked and funky. So please, re-design the materials of construction for the top layer of the Goga Mat Technology. Then you will have designed the perfect shoe. :)

This is the best shoe I have bought in the past 20 years. I'm on my feet for over 9 hours a day, at the end of the day its like I'm not even wearing any shoes. They are light weight and comfortable. I have bought 3 pairs now. Best shoe ever!!

the shoes are very nice , there was no problem with the service, the shoes are exactly as described in the picture.
