"These boots are exactly what I was hoping for. They were true to size, sleek and perfectly skims my calves. They stay up without slouching. The stitching on the top of the foot add extra interest. The wedged heel is very comfortable and sturdy.
Love them."

Very Comfortable, *MAY* Want To Size Up

"I love this boot. I always get compliments when I wear them, and they are very comfortable. I have been buying the "Gather Round" boot from Aerosoles for a few years now. They come out with some different colors each year, so I own them in 6 colors. I indicated in the review that they are "true to size", but also said in the Headline that you "May want to size up". So, I want to add these comments: I wear athletic socks with my boots, which makes any boot a little tighter. These boots can pinch around the toe, especially with these socks. Usually, the boot will stretch, but it can take awhile. So, if you are on the border of having a narrow-wide foot, you may want to consider a wider boot if you also wear thicker socks. I experimented with the wider boot, and it was too wide in the other parts of my foot, though the toe felt better. I have also sized up by half a size and found it to be too big for me. So, use your best judgement. In the end, this boot is super stylish (for a lower heel), and very comfortable. Just remember, it is suede, so you don't want to wear it too much in wet weather, though I have done that, and the boots survived!"
Pros: Stylish, Comfortable
Cons: can pinch slightly around toe at first

"I ordered a couple pair of these boots for the fall/winter season. They fit so beautifully that I had to get another pair so I now have three colors to suit my wardrobe. I especially like the wedge heel; not too high, no strain on the feet or legs. The style is not too trendy, but more classic...should last for years. Good job Aerosoles and Famous Footwear!!!"
