where are they??

Wish I could actually review these shoes! Ordered them a month ago, haven't received them yet. Clicking on order status tells me they were "undeliverable" 2 weeks ago, in Cali. I live in PA. No further communication from Skechers despite my sending an email. Horrible, no, nonexistent customer service.
