Awesome Shoes

I bought these shoes for comfortable walking but also because they are black and stylish enough to wear going out to dinner, etc. without it being obvious I'm wearing "tennis shoes." These shoes are AMAZINGLY light at only 6oz, so they will be perfect for packing for vacations. But the best feature of all is the tremendous feel of cushion when walking. What I call the "strike", when the shoe hits the floor is so comfortable it's amazing. The only con is that I usually always wear a 9M, and had to get a 9 1/2 so check out the size before you buy. But overall, GREAT shoes.

Comfortable replacement to Shape-Ups

I bought these after asking Skecher's CS for a suitable replacement for Shape-Ups, as they appear to be slowly discontinuing that brand (for Men). I'm a long-time Shape-Ups user and I wanted something with a lot of extra cushion and something that would still help with posture. While this shoe doesn't have the sharpest drop-off at the heel like Shape-Ups, the drop-off does exist and it is a great transition from Shape-Ups. Also, the cushioning is very nice in this shoe. It's just slightly less than Shape-Ups. The thing that surprised me about this shoe, however, is how well it grips the ground! When I'm walking on "any" textured surface, I can feel the traction, which is something I've never experienced in other shoes. Great purchase all-in-all!
