Bought Skechers with the blinking lights for both my 3 yr. old granddaughter & 5 yr. old grandson. They are a big hit!! Fit great, they love to run in them and the blinking lights are the best! The best part for the parents are that the kids can put these on by themselves because of the self-sealing strap.

Printed out size chart on Skecher web site and grandson measured 10; ordered 10 1/2 for room to grow, they were too large exchanged for the 10, perfect, no need to add "room to grow"
