The relaxed fit makes for a loose kind of feel even though the shoe fits well so I don't think these would be good for working out. Love the memory foam sole!

The first pair we ordered, after one wear, a piece of the sole fell apart. We returned the defective shoes & reordered a new pair. Very airy and comfy.
