Heel is too loose

I ordered a pair in my size but, it was too big. I sent it back and ordered a half size smaller. The 2nd pair was tight in the toe area and the heels was still too wide. My foot slipped right out. I will be sending them back, again. Too bad. I really wanted them to work for me. They are VERY pretty shoes.

I love, love these shoes and have them in black and white. So comfortable, like walking in cushy slippers. The traction on the sole is a huge plus. They look great with jeans, but because of their open, lacy design, look great with dress pants also. My only complaint is that the top bridge of the shoe is a little short and cuts across the top of my foot right at the location of the side bone of my big toe. Otherwise, the most comfortable shoes I own!
I bought this pair to use as a cute and comfy flat to wear while taking public transit to work (and before changing into dressy heels). Perfect for that. The memory foam is great- excellent lightweight cushioning. Not as much cushioning as a pair of gym shoes, so better for light to moderate walking. Really happy with the shoes. Nice blend of style and function.

I did have to buy a 1/2 size smaller. I have worn these at work and out'n'about...lots and lots of compliment and they are comfortable! Just bought another pair :) Wish they came in other colors.
