I purchased these shoes online in a 6 1/2 right before a vacation where I knew there would be a lot of walking. I had worn the shoes for weeks leading up to the trip for just casual wear with no issues, however after the first few days of wearing the shoes on the trip, the backs of my heels felt like they had been bruised. The shoes are too wide around the ankle and fit too loosely. Each day I wore the shoes was more and more uncomfortable as the shoes did not fit snugly on my feet and the shoe shifted from front to back bruising my heels more with each step I took. The cushioning inside the shoe is nice and would have been great had the shoe not been too wide around the ankle. Very disappoininting.

Love these shoes! Most comfortable memory foam ever!
I love these shoes but, my whole entrance way smelled like rubber from the soles for days! It is better now.

I like the style of the shoe and it gives good arch support but for those with a narrow foot, the "relaxed fit" means roomier. It is a little big for me.
