This sandal has very nice footbed cushioning. The ankle strap keeps them securely on your foot while walking.

"I will admit it, I often will choose comfort over style and these aren't too much of an exception other than they have a look of good quality. Comfortable to wear for a day of walking. I did try these on in a store, regretted not buying them so ordered the black and brown pair online. When I received them they fit slightly wider than in the store (a byproduct of trying on shoes after walking all day?). I have a narrow foot, so my only wish is that they ran a little narrower...but my guess is they are sized averagely as that seems to be a common complaint I have with most shoes...not being a true N in size, but wishing most shoes ran a bit narrower."
