I wear my On-the-Go Skechers for my teacher's aide job, and they are comfortable all day long, and I am on my feet a lot! They can be comfortably worn with or without socks.

These feel like slippers but look like an oxford. I wear with jeans. Not sure I would wear with dress pants because of the white sole. Very happy with purchase and like the Skechers brand.
