I bought this shoe because it was listed as a slip resistant work shoe and I liked the way it looked. It is comfortable for wear to my office job, but when I wore them to my restaurant job, I was sliding all over the wet floors(mopped floors, not puddles of water) If you like the way it looks and just want to wear something cute and comfortable, this is a great shoe. If you want it for its intended purpose, a slip resistant work shoe, don't buy it.

I am a pastry and salad chef at a busy restaurant. I am also a serious practitioner of yoga so I have strong flexible feet that love to be bare! Hard/supportive shoes like Danskos hurt my feet and hips (don't know why on that one) The non-slip soles perform as they should on greasy/wet floors...much like snow tires... yes you slip... but they remain stable and grip again quickly for a good recovery. I am writing this review because I just finished my second weekend of 3 consecutive BUSY 14 hour days and my feet are tender but not aching. The frosting on the cake? They are cute, I can wear them barefoot and they don't make my feet sweat or stink. I ordered my normal shoe size and they fit perfect out of the box.

ConsCan Not Work In Freezer, Not Reliable, Slip On Tile
They are NOT slip resistant. Even my tile at my house I was slippering around. Could not do my job at work by going into freezers in these, because I nearly did the splits I slid around so much. Wore out the sole just walking around work, or else I would have returned them in a heart beat... Save your money.

These shoes look good, but the soles are super thin, not great for work shoes. An hour into my first shift with these and I was really wishing I had some inserts. Plus for non slip work shoes, these really don't do the trick I'm sliding left and right on wet spots behind the bar and if I have to grab something in the kitchen, I'm tiptoeing near any sign of grease. I'll probably go back to my old standard on my next pair.
