Need more arch support and heel cushion so that these shoes are healthy shoes for your feet. Flat and no arch support is bad for your feet and leads to pain in the feet.

these shoes are great! i work in an office that i walk around all day in so i needed the memory foam padding. they fit great and look great, but the memory foam is thick, so it absorbs all odors. i have never had stinky shoes until these ones, so after i wear them, i out dryer sheets in them-- good as new!!!
I bought my first pair of Bob's in Irvine, CA, while vacationing. I was impressed by the shoes and their comfortable qualities, especially the cushioned insole. Upon returning home, I ordered 2 additional pairs in various colors. Great product! I plan to buy other pairs in the future.
