I wear an 8.5 and bought these in that size. They were a bit small, but have stretched out enough to be comfortable. If I ever buy these again, I'd get them in a 9. (I had another style of size 8.5 of Blowfish flats that stretched of be almost too big, so I assumed they would do the same.) Also gave it a little less on comfort for the lack of arch support.
Other than that, I love them.. they aren't too round or too pointy and go with everything.

These are the most comfortable flats I've worn. Most other ones don't have any support but I can wear these all day long.
