I have had 4 surgeries on my right foot and trying on shoes is very upsetting as so many hurt my feet.I also have sever neuropathy in my right foot.My orthopedic shoes are hot and very, very heavy. These feel wonderful. I can wear them for about 4 hours longer than I can wear my best shoe. There are no seams inside, is I would think they would be good for diabetics, too.I have received many compliments on the style of the shoe AND they do not make my feet look big!

I have some arthritis and find the memory foam very comfortable for my back and my feet. I especially like the smooth front as there are no seams to dig into my big toe. I bought a pair of these in a store and liked them so much I ordered two pair online.
