I had to return a pair due to a defect all I had to do s send a picture of my boss and show then the issue they promptly sent me a new pair. Very happy with them

Bottom isn't fluffy

I just received my boots and the ''fluffy'' bottoms kinda felt and looked like they were cut off and didn't feel very good... I'm not sure what went on with my boots but they weren't really soft like what I've seen before..
