Not sized correctly.

I chose these as a birthday present to myself, after getting a discount coupon from Clarks. I have about 15 pairs of Clarks shoes and always wear an 8 1/2 wide. I ordered a 9 wide in these, thinking they would be comfortable. However, I am really disappointed, as I could not even get my foot in them. I wish the other review had been written before I placed the order. I live too far away from a store to exchange for another style, so i will send these back.

Too tight,too short

This product is too short and too narrow. Not at all what I expected from Clarks. I have worn out one pair of Clarks slippers and decided to replace them with a newer pair. I ordered these online. They came quickly but were too tight and too short. I exchanged them at a Clarks outlet(no problems with the exchange-great service) and went for a full size larger. They were also too tight. So I exchanged again and went back to my orginal size and orginal style. So much for updating my style.
