Go Walk 2 sizing disappointing

First Go Walk purchased was at a mall retail store (Go Walk Recovery), perfect fit, comfy, etc. Then, purchased second pair online Go Walk 2 (Recovery style was not offered). Go Walk 2 is a size too large and a little too wide. I have added some sole inserts which have made the fit much better but the are clearly a size too long. So disappointed in the online purchase since the retail stores don't carry all the fun styles available online. Should have sent then back but decided I would wear them and see if I could make it work, returns are such a pain. Wish I had better news.
