Womens Bugaboo Boots

I an so disappointed with these boots. I live in Buffalo NY and when I spend 100.00 for a pair of boots I exspect them to last longer than a year. the rubber has completely separated from the boots and this has happened to 2 pairs of these boots. so as to be expected I will not purchase another pair of Columbia boots.

Best winter boot around

I bought these boots back in 1994 from the Victoria's Secret catalog before the omni heat. They lasted till 2008 still looking brand new with the sole fully intact and just as warm as day 1. I never had a problem with any cracking or fading of the blue color. The only reason I ended up throwing them out was because my adopted puppy chewed a hole in 1 shoe. I tried desperately to glue them but to no avail. They are a first choice for me and for my 4 children also. You can't go wrong.

I needed something for all the snow and ice when I walk the dog in the neighborhood. These are comfortable and warm and have good traction on ice and snow. Not bad looking either.

Columbia Boots were not as good as my last two pairs

I buy Columbia boots almost every year. They have proven to be waterproof and warm but I do wear the Smart Wool socks. Columbia boots are expensive and they only tend to last one year but I was okay with that as long as my feet stayed warm and dry. However, the boots I got this year are not anywhere near as warm as the boots I have purchased from Columbia in the past. So next year I am not sure I will be buying Columbia boots. I would pay more to be sure I am warm and dry. Columbia was the answer in the past. Don't know what they did to change the quality of the boot and why??
