Boots were soft and very comfortable. Return shipping was 7 days & I had to wait over a week to get the new size back.

I've had these boots for a month now. They fit amazingly. They are 1/2 the price of UGGS but the same great quaility. I have had no problem with the toggle buttons at all but, I did put some in my cart, for FREE, and they sent me extras :)
