A very good running shoe. Comfortable, and extremely breathable, I love the way this shoe cups your heal. When ordering I would order down half a size. I usually order a 71/2 I order a 61/2 the 7 was sold out the 61/2 fit well but the 7 probably would have been a little more comfortable.

Whether you use these for running or hiking, they are great trail shoes. Good support and cushion, lots of traction. The laces take some getting used to but you can switch them out for standard laces if they bug you.

Great support. My only complaint is the "laces" are too long. Size 12 laces are not required on size 7 shoes.
