I bought this for my almost 5 y/o daughter and she loves the way it lights up. The shoe is light and comfortable; she hasn't worn it yet as I bought a size up for her to grow into. I myself like the Velcro as shoe laces doesn't work for a toddler, especially at preschool.

My niece went crazy for these. She stomps her little foot to make the lite up. It is the cuties thing ever.
