I am on my feet for hours a day and have back and knee problems. My legs are barely tired at the end of a long day when I am wearing these shoes.

Shape ups are the MOST comfortable shoes I've ever had. I have bad knees & I can go all day in these shoes with no pain. I highly recommend them for everybody. I own 3 pairs & so does my husband. They are not just for working out!
