I wear these shoes at work, I work 12 hours days. and standing on concrete. I have lower back problems and since I have bought the first pair when these first came out on market I my lower back has improved.. I LOVE THESE THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

My doctor recommend these shoes because I'm a waitress and are on my feet 12 hours a day during peak seasons and theses shoes have stop my legs hurting I no longer get charlie horses in my legs at night and helps back pain

This is the 3rd pair. They last about 1 year with constant pair. Because of the beginnings of arthtitis, it makes a difference to my knees and back.
